📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Elamir Concept Hair Studio At Elamir Concept, I value both your time and mine. Please take a moment to review my updated booking and cancellation policy: ⸻ 🔐 DEPOSITS A 30% deposit is required to reserve all appointments. • For regular services, your deposit is refundable only if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. • For hair extension installations (including the cost of hair), all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, due to the time and materials reserved specifically for your service. ⸻ ⏰ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service. ⸻ 🚪 ARRIVAL Please arrive on time. There’s no need to arrive early, as all appointments are booked privately. ⸻ 📵 IF I CAN’T ANSWER As a solo stylist in a private studio, I may be unable to answer calls or messages immediately while working.
